Been using this rum for a few years now, still my favorite go to rub for a great tasting pork ribs, rack of pork, or pork shoulder. Great on chicken too!

The best seasoning I have ever used on pork or chicken! Throw some Sydney seasoning on some wings then grill on the barbie for some of the best wings you'd ever had.
