This unique blend is full bodied with coarse spices and fine seasonings with a touch of Chili pepper giving a well rounded full flavored rub. Sydney seasoning is our primary seasoning that is rubbed into our Beef brisket and pork shoulders prior to smoking we even use it on our steaks.
